Career Strategies for Diverse Professionals™

In most large organizations, high potential diverse professionals need more than intelligence, energy and expertise to advance and succeed at the upper levels.  This is because subtle forces come into play that often hinder progress. Career Strategies training provides the “extras” they need to achieve success. The benefits to the organization include decreased turnover, maximized performance of high potential diverse employees and increased diverse representation at senior levels.

Largely experiential, this workshop engages participants in group discussions along with individual and group projects. Exercises include self-assessment, using reliable models and personal feedback instruments, organization assessments and life planning.

Participants benefit from networking, peer sharing and an interactive session with a Career Strategies Panel. The session can be followed up with Executive Coaching.

Career Strategies Panel: Comprised of three to five “diverse” executives who have successfully achieved senior level positions in large organizations, the panel will share how they overcame obstacles and acquired the critical “extras” to advance in their careers.
